Note: Orders that contain more than one item are assigned a processing time depending on the item.

Returns

The inventory is always changing and we cannot fully manage it because many parties are involved, which includes our warehouse and factory. The stock can change at any moment. It is possible that stock may run out after your order has been processed.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If it's been more 30 days since you made your purchase, we unfortunately can't give you a full exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it in. It should also be returned in the original packaging.
